Our take
I find Ambra arresting and risky. The salty ambergris note is the star for me; it gives a mineral, almost sea-worn quality that few modern ambers attempt. When it sits well on skin it is warm, woody and unmistakable, with real longevity, but on others it can turn sharp or rubbery. Given the split reactions in the votes, I advise one light spray and a test on skin before committing. This is not a safe crowd-pleaser, but it rewards those who like bold, animalic amber.
