I like Classic Oud for its honest, old-school oud character. It opens dense and resinous, supported by sandalwood and amber, then dries into a powdery, woody oud that lasts. Projection and longevity are impressive; it reads as a long-wearing scent without frequent reapplication. The animalic, slightly barnyard edge will turn off some people, and it does not soften into a mainstream floral or sweet direction, so it is best for those who want a pure oud experience.
