The Bottle
Rose Incense takes the Library Collection in a pared-back direction, with a deep red rounded body, glossy black cylindrical cap and stark black label marked Rose Incense. The missing gold base and ornamental plaque make it feel less ceremonial than the numbered Opus bottles, while the red and black palette gives it a darker mood. It’s slightly anonymous for Amouage, but the clean label is memorable and the proportions feel convincing. This presentation relies on its stripped-back appearance rather than the elaborate house details seen elsewhere.
