Authorship gives Azzaro Pour Elle the stronger case: Fabrice Pellegrin and Nathalie Lorson are credited with composing this woody, warm-spicy, citrus fragrance. That named work is a reason to buy the original rather than an interpretation, even though resemblance cannot be judged here. One house has tried to reproduce it, a small but concrete sign that this particular character has attracted attention. We find the original worth the decision on that basis.
